Inspired by AG Garland’s brilliance, Texas Governor Abbott has begun filling Chicago-bound buses with residents of Austin.

At least for the white prisoners on death row. Give them a big KKK tattoo on their face, and send them to the South Side. Pardons for all the black prisoners, of course.
