We've had good rain, not overly hot weather (by and large), and I've been conscientious with the fertilizer and the deer repellant, so the garden - which is what I call the vast 7-12 feet wide dog leg of previous nothingness that borders the north and east of the property - is flourishing this year.
A long shot, looking east.
We have a riot of Arizona blanket flowers and black-eyed Susans this year.
Here are some rose campion plants nestled between two hydrangeas.
This is interesting: apparently jet aircraft do donuts over our neighborhood.
Beautiful garden, Mr. Paco! I'm envious.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Rebecca; though, frankly, if I had known I'd be doing this much yard work, I believe I might have moved to Arizona when I retired.
ReplyDeleteVery nice Paco. Some people see nice colourful flowers. I see sore muscles.
ReplyDeleteThose EffBeeEye drones circling your Command Center are a bit of a worry though.
Sore muscles, indeed. And you'll note that those drones seem to know not to get within shotgun range.
