Here's a helpful gift guide from the Babylon Bee: "What Dads Get for Father's Day vs. What They Actually Want".

"There are countless horrible things happening all over the world and horrible people prospering, but we must never allow them to disturb our equanimity or deflect us from our sacred duty to sabotage and annoy them whenever possible." -Auberon Waugh
Got to wait till September for ours, but have a good one!
ReplyDeleteThe problem with parenthood is they grow up so fast. Then you hope maybe there'll be grandkids, because now you can give them your full attention. But so far no luck on that score for us. Oh well. Count your blessings.
ReplyDeleteI spent the day before Father's Day watching my great-grandson play T-ball. I say "play" because they don't actually win or lose or put anybody out. They just get to throw and hit a ball and run around the bases, and half the time the base coaches have to remind the kids to stand up and stop playing in the dirt. It's a hoot.
